If you are interested in registering your dog to work toward an obedience title under CDSP Video Rules, complete the registration form.

For the duration of the covid-19 pandemic

  • Registration for dogs registered with the original Companion Dog Sports Program is FREE. 
  • All other dog registrations are $5 (previously $25)

If you wish to register more than one dog, complete the registration form once for each dog.
